Infor Integration

UAE E-Invoicing for Infor β€” PINT-AE via ION

TrustBill adds a compliance layer to Infor CloudSuite, M3, and LN so you can exchange FTA-compliant e-invoices without replacing your ERP. We read invoice data through Infor ION, convert it to PINT-AE, validate it, and submit it through our accredited ASP.

Which Infor suites does TrustBill support?

TrustBill supports the Infor product lines most commonly used in the UAE: Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine), CloudSuite WMS, Infor M3, and Infor LN. If your finance team raises invoices in any of these suites, the invoice header, line items, VAT, customer master, and payment terms can be mapped to PINT-AE and reported to the Federal Tax Authority.

The connector is designed for both cloud-hosted and on-premises Infor environments. We do not modify your Infor database or application logic. Instead, we use the Infor ION middleware as a read-and-forward gateway, keeping your ERP upgrade path clean while meeting the UAE e-invoicing mandate.

How Infor ION enables the e-invoicing integration

Infor ION is the middleware layer that already connects your ERP to other Infor and third-party applications. TrustBill plugs into ION through a dedicated workflow or API endpoint that streams invoice data out of Infor as soon as an invoice is posted.

ION delivers structured XML or JSON payloads to TrustBill. We then enrich the payload with UAE-specific fields, validate the document against PINT-AE rules and FTA mandatory field requirements, and route it to the FTA network through an accredited service provider. FTA submission responses and status updates are written back into ION so your finance and AR teams can see which invoices were accepted, rejected, or are still pending, all from inside the Infor environment they already use.

Implementation timeline and mandate deadlines

A typical Infor integration project takes two to four weeks. The first week is spent mapping your chart of accounts, customer master, VAT groups, and invoice formats to PINT-AE. The second week covers sandbox testing with live-looking invoice data. The remaining time is for user acceptance testing, security sign-off, and go-live cutover.

The UAE mandate has two key waves. Large businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must be live with an accredited e-invoicing service provider by 1 January 2027. Small and medium businesses below that threshold have until 1 July 2027. Because Infor does not provide native UAE e-invoicing, the earlier you start the ION mapping and ASP onboarding, the more time you have to resolve edge cases in high-volume billing.

Data security and compliance

TrustBill uses read-only access to invoice data through Infor ION. We do not store your Infor credentials, and all data in transit uses TLS 1.3. Invoice data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and stored in the UAE region, aligned with local data residency expectations. The FTA-approved service provider network handles the final hop to the FTA with the same cryptographic standards.

Audit logs, submission status history, and PINT-AE XML copies are retained for the period required by UAE tax law and are available through the TrustBill dashboard. This gives your finance, tax, and internal audit teams a single place to demonstrate compliance during an FTA review.

E-invoicing for manufacturing and healthcare with Infor

Infor is widely deployed in manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and distribution, where invoices often carry complex line structures, project accounting, shipment references, and batch or serial numbers. TrustBill preserves that detail when converting Infor invoices to PINT-AE, so your buyer-facing documents remain operationally accurate while satisfying FTA requirements.

For manufacturers using Infor M3 or LN, the integration handles multi-line VAT calculations, partial deliveries, credit notes, and consolidated billing. For healthcare and retail users running CloudSuite, the connector maps customer, item, and location data so that every electronic invoice contains the mandatory seller and buyer identifiers, line totals, and VAT classification expected by the FTA.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Infor suites work with TrustBill for UAE e-invoicing?

TrustBill supports Infor CloudSuite, M3, and LN, including cloud-hosted and on-premises versions. We use Infor ION to read invoice data and convert it to PINT-AE for FTA submission.

How does the Infor ION integration work?

Infor ION sends invoice data to TrustBill as structured XML or JSON. TrustBill validates and converts the data to PINT-AE, submits it through an accredited ASP, and returns FTA status messages to ION for tracking inside your ERP.

How long does the Infor e-invoicing setup take?

Most Infor integrations are live in two to four weeks. The timeline depends on data mapping, VAT setup, and testing. Large businesses must go live by 1 January 2027, and SMEs by 1 July 2027.

Is my Infor data secure with TrustBill?

Yes. TrustBill uses read-only access through ION, TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256-GCM at rest, and UAE-based data storage. We do not store Infor credentials, and all FTA submissions are processed through an accredited service provider network.

Can TrustBill handle manufacturing and healthcare invoice complexity?

Yes. TrustBill preserves complex line structures, project references, batch and serial numbers, and multi-line VAT from Infor M3, LN, and CloudSuite, converting them into compliant PINT-AE e-invoices for the FTA.
